Sauces- We blend our own sauce sold by the gallon and create dry rubs. Especially blended to offer the best taste for the best flavor to compliment the succulent pork. Homemade BBQ Sauce is $30/per. • Shortly after receiving this Purchase Order one of our Catering Specialists will contact, you by phone to confirm your event details and date. If you agree to the service at that time our specialist will request a credit card payment for 25% of the total order as a deposit for your event. This will include the delivery fee of $2.50 per mile round trip. The remaining balance will be due before the date of the scheduled event.
